Refund policy

Damaged, defective or wrong product. If a case arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it. Call (226) 777-8610 or email distribution@trydenttbuildingservices.com.

Returns. Unused, unopened cases in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. All returns need our approval first, so please contact us before sending anything back. We will arrange collection on a delivery route where we can.

Custom and special orders. Custom sizes, thicknesses and case counts are produced to order and are not returnable.

What the quality guarantee does not cover. Misuse, overloading beyond the bag's intended capacity, improper storage, and damage from sharp or abrasive materials.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act.
